Sometimes openfire not working on server

I install openfire new wersion 4.0.3 but sometimes not working correctly. Problem is when client back on job, and turn on computer sometimes he not sign up on domain server. Then again restarting openfire and then working... I do not know what happen that suddenly does not work, but opnfire is launched. Why is this happening?

And for new version spark installed on computer 2.8.0, i have issuse wrong username and password. When I disabled "Certificate chain checking" there were no problems with the connects.
